Olá olá, estrelinhas! Faz tempo que não apareço por aqui, não é? Sinto muito por isso. Minha vida mudou batante nesse período, então vou usar este blog para atualizar vocês, e talvez eu volte mais tarde com uma postagem menos pessoal. Vamos nessa.

Hello, sparkles! It's been a while since I've been around here, isn't it? I am really sorry about that. My life has changed a lot during this period, so I'm going to use this blog to update you guys, and maybe I'll come back later with a less personal post. Here we go.

Comecei a trabalhar recentemente, o que adicinou uma camada a mais de responsabilidade na minha vida, apesar da empresa estar sendo incrível, estou com menos tempo para os meus outros projetos também. Adicione a isso meu ano de enem treineiro, pois ele chegou! Tenho estado um pouco ansioso com essas novidades, mas no geral elas são muito boas. Agora tenho meu próprio dinheiro e deu para ajudar meus pais a cortarem os gastos comigo, eles também estão bem orgulhosos.

I started working recently, which added an extra layer of responsibility to my life, despite the company being amazing, I have less time for my other projects as well. Add to that my year of training enem, it's arrived! I've been looking forward to this news a little bit, but overall it's very good. Now I have my own money and I gave it to help my parents cut spending on me, they are also very proud.

A situação finaceira aqui em casa sofreu um abalo este ano, a casa da minha irmã estava sofrendo com diversos alagamentos ano passado, toda vez que chovia, e chegou a um estopim onde precisaram destruir a casa toda para fazer um novo projeto. O plano incial era construir um projeto com a ajuda de meu irmão e um amigo dele, em 2 ou 3 meses no máximo, mas houveram problemas. Primeiro, a obra estava indo um pouco mais devagar que o previsto, e então, ocorreu uma contradição com a medição do terreno e teriam que alterar o plano original da casa. E, logo após isso, surgiu a notícia que minha irmã estava sendo chamada para assumir um cargo para qual ela prestou concurso! Era uma oportunidade incrível, porque apesar de ganhar menos do que como diarista, esse trabalho dava a ela um emprego estável, com benefícios regulamentados, oportunidade de carreira e aposentadoria. E com tudo isso, a obra foi pausada.

The financial situation here at home took a hit this year, my sister's house was suffering from several floods last year, every time it rained, and it came to a head where they had to destroy the whole house to make a new project. The initial plan was to build a project with the help of my brother and a friend of his, in 2 or 3 months at the most, but there were problems. First, the work was going a little slower than expected, and then there was a contradiction with the land measurement and they would have to change the original plan of the house. And, shortly after that, the news came that my sister was being called to take on a position for which she took a competition! It was an incredible opportunity, because despite earning less than a day laborer, this job gave her a steady job, with regulated benefits, career opportunities, and retirement. And with all that, the work was paused.

O plano mudou para alugar uma casa onde ela iria trabalhar, e procurar casas estava meio complicado, enquanto isso a obra estava sem resolução, metade pronta. Minha irmã já está aqui, com seus três filhos, a uns 6 meses, e isso mudou muito minha vida. Ela está pagando o material da casa, uma divída grande, e ajudando no que pode aqui, mas é muita gente comendo, usando água e luz, e despesa aumentou bastante. No meio disso tem o fato de eu não saber dividir, bobo né, mas cresci sem irmãos da minha idade por perto, tudo era só meu, e ter crianças em casa é um pesadelo. Não nego que ás vezes sinto uma vontade imensa de esconder qualquer comida gostosa que eu compre de todos eles. 

The plan changed to rent a house where she would work, and looking for houses was a bit complicated, meanwhile, the work was unresolved, half-finished. My sister has been here, with her three children, for about 6 months, and that changed my life a lot. She is paying for the material for the house, a large debt, and helping out where she can here, but there are a lot of people eating, using water and electricity, and the expense has increased a lot. In the middle of it is the fact that I don't know how to share, silly right, but I grew up with no siblings my age around, everything was just mine, and having children at home is a nightmare. I don't deny that I sometimes feel an overwhelming urge to hide whatever tasty food I buy from them all.

Com meu sálario deu pra tirar um pouco das contas dos meus pais, e até levei minha mãe pra comer fora comigo esses dias! Estamos nos adapando melhor, e agora minha irmã achou uma casa, então vai ir embora logo, e poderemos nos estabilizar. 

With my salary, I could take some of my parents' bills, and I even took my mother out to eat with me these days! We're settling in better, and now my sister has found a house, so she's leaving soon, and we can stabilize.

Estou pensando em começar algum curso, alguma outra língua ou algo relacionado a música, e comprei vários livros! Na verdade, ganhei uma "proibição" de comprar livros, já que comprei tantos que provavelmente nem consiga ler todos até o final do ano. 

I'm thinking of starting a course, some other language or something related to music, and I've bought several books! In fact, I got a "ban" on buying books, as I bought so many that I probably won't even be able to read them all by the end of the year.
